Jennifer

Office Manager

I began my career in 1999 as a Dental Assistant and have grown in every role. Through dedication, leadership, and a genuine passion for patient care, I now serve as the Office Manager at Custom Dental of Newcastle.

With a Christ-centered foundation, our dental team in Newcastle, OK, is committed not only to excellence in patient care but to genuinely loving and serving people. We strive to create an environment where both patients and team members feel cared for, valued, and supported.

I have a deep passion for seeing people smile, whether it’s helping patients regain confidence in their smile or creating a positive, encouraging experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Outside of the office, I am a proud mother to my two boys, Ethen and Trey. I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying involved in my community, and actively participating in my church. My faith, family, and heart for others guide everything I do.  

Megan

Dental Assistant

I have been working as a Dental Assistant for the past year and a half, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. In my previous career, I often worked long hours with little appreciation, leaving me with minimal rest and limited time to spend with my family. My sister, who works at the Yukon office, encouraged me to consider dental assisting school. About a year later, I decided to pursue it, and I have not looked back since.

I chose a career in dentistry because I truly enjoy helping patients regain their confidence. Being part of that transformation is incredibly rewarding. I also value the supportive environment created by my coworkers and doctors—the positive culture makes it a place I genuinely enjoy coming to each day.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. We enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. When the weather is nice, you’ll often find us biking or paddleboarding at the lake.

Kari

Registered Dental Hygienist

I began my career in 2010 as a dental assistant and advanced my education in 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science within Allied Health, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oklahoma State University. In my role at Custom Dental, I provide preventive dental care, including professional cleanings and patient education, to support optimal oral health.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is building relationships with patients and helping them regain confidence in their smiles. It is especially fulfilling to see patients return months later with improved oral health and a renewed sense of confidence.

I have been married to my husband, Peyton, for nearly four years, and we are proud pet parents to our seven-year-old boxer, Asher. In my free time, I enjoy working on my side business with Bellame, where I sell luxury beauty products, as well as staying active through fitness classes such as cycling, HIIT, yoga, and barre. My husband and I also share a love of travel, and I have a personal goal of visiting every state in the United States.

Evelyn

Dental Assistant

I have been working in the dental field since August 2025, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience from the very beginning. My journey truly took shape when I enrolled in Custom Dental Assisting School. During my first shadowing shift at Custom Dental of Newcastle, I immediately recognized that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. That hands-on experience confirmed my passion for the field and solidified my commitment to growing within it.

What I find most fulfilling about dentistry is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals feel more confident about their smiles and overall well-being. Being part of a process that can positively impact someone’s self-esteem and comfort is both motivating and deeply satisfying.

Outside of my professional life, I value spending quality time with friends and family. I enjoy exploring new places, trying new activities, and creating memorable experiences with the people I care about. I believe that life’s best moments are those shared with others, and I strive to bring that same sense of connection and positivity into my work each day.
